Postage for a Pound is Back!

Items in this collection tend to be shop lines that aren't cost effective to have in our mail order warehouse. The selection changes regularly and is available to UK customers when we have both stock and packing staff available.

Order EXCLUSIVELY from the Postage for a Pound section and your UK postage charge will be £1. If you mix with items from other sections, the standard delivery charge will be £5.95 and you will receive two parcels - one from our warehouse, another from our shop.

Free gift offers do not apply to orders with a £1 postage charge.

A slightly mean photo of Alfie sitting next to our "fat cat" ornament. The ornament is called Chubka and was made by a US company called Austin Sculpture. We bought Chubka from John Lewis in the 1990's. Alfie is well, and seemingly getting hungrier as the weather gets cooler.

Charlie and Alfie had just had a little spat before this photo was taken. Charlie went off to hide under the settee. His expression is a mixture of "fight or flight" - I knew better than to get too close!

Charlie is also keeping well.

Both cats are delighted that their worming treatment is now delivered via a spot-on application, rather than a tablet!

Another Cat in the Shop

Yesterday, we were visited by Toby (Instagram: @mr_feline). Toby is one year old and has been travelling with his owners for the last 4 months. He was very relaxed and seemed purr-fectly content, despite the busy shop environment.

We (us and customers) made a nice fuss of him!

Cats travelling with owners really does seem to be a "thing" these days (we saw no cats in the shop in 19 years and have now met 9 in the last 2 years. It isn't going to suit many cats but the ones we have met in the shop have clearly been well prepared for the travel experience by their owners.
