SHARING OUR EXPERTISE
Congratulations to Partnership Coach Suzy Filardo and VP of Program Services Olga Gonzalez who recently represented Dallas Afterschool at the Texas Partners in Prevention Conference!
A MESSAGE FROM OUR CEO
Marjorie Murat
I am incredibly grateful to all of our donors that supported us on North Texas Giving Day last month. Thanks to your generosity, we raised over $16,500, which is 40% over what was raised the previous year. And, with a growing number of partner sites and students in need of our services, your support will go a long way!

I'm also proud to announce that we will host our first-ever conference this spring. This is a huge undertaking, but just one more way we are responding to the ever-changing needs of OST providers.

Thank you for your support of Dallas Afterschool. We couldn't do this important work without you!

Sincerely,
WE HAVE A NEW TEAM MEMBER!
Please help us welcome Christina Fletcher to the Dallas Afterschool family! Christina is our new Director of Program Quality Assistance and brings with her 15 years of experience in nonprofit youth leadership. She is also a licensed Texas Childcare Director.

DALLAS AFTERSCHOOL IN THE NEWS!
We were recently featured as part of a report by Fox4 News on the financial challenges Texas women are facing, and what organizations like Dallas Afterschool are doing to help. This piece, which highlighted Texas Women's Foundation's latest report on Economic Issues also features an interview with Dallas Afterschool Advocate, Alicia Mitchell.

Special thanks to Dr. Dena Jackson and Texas Women's Foundation for bringing this topic to the forefront - and for highlighting and supporting our work!
