Marie-Claire Daveu
Chief Sustainability and Institutional Affairs Officer, Kering
Following an early career in the public sector, as technical advisor to Jean Pierre Raffarin's cabinet, and PPS to Serge Lepeltier, Minister of Ecology and Sustainability, in 2005, Marie-Claire Daveu became Director of Sustainable Development for the Sanofi-Aventis Group. Chief of Staff to Nathalie Kosciusko-Morizet between 2007 to 2012, she also served at the Ministries of Ecology, Sustainability, Transport and Housing. In 2012, she was appointed Kering’s Chief Sustainability Officer and Head of International Institutional Affairs. She sets strategy and the firm's objectives as well as implementing best practices within the Group and the Houses. Today, Kering is a pioneer and recognized leader in sustainability. A French national, Marie-Claire is a graduate of the Paris Institute of Technology for Life, Food and Environmental Sciences (ENGREF). She also holds a postgraduate diploma (DESS) in public administration from Paris Dauphine.
Isabelle Boutin
Head of EMEA Derivatives Clearing Sales, J.P. Morgan
Isabelle is responsible for the Derivatives Clearing Sales team in EMEA covering Institutional clients. She has 25 years of experience in the industry and at J.P. Morgan. She joined the firm in London as a trader’s assistant, spent 4 years in New York working on electronic trading platforms, and joined the sales team in 2002 in London and then Paris. She is a mother of 3 daughters and a strong advocate for diversity, education and women advancement. She co-founded Women On the Move in Paris in 2018. Today she is a member of the Paris DE&I Council and the Paris Philanthropic committee.
Matthieu Wiltz
Head of Markets & IS Sales for Continental Europe – Global Co-Head of Credit, SPG & Public Finance, J.P. Morgan
Matthieu Wiltz has been Head of Markets & Platform Sales for Continental Europe as well as Global Co-Head of Credit, SPG & Public Finance since 2019. Matthieu joined J.P. Morgan in 2000 in Paris in Fixed Income Sales. He moved to London in 2004 to lead the Credit sales team and then the Derivatives Marketing team. In 2010, he took the Sales responsibility for France and Benelux across asset classes. In February 2019, Matthieu was given his current dual roles as Global Co-Head of Credit, SPG & Public Finance and Head of Markets & Platform Sales for Continental Europe. Matthieu is EMEA Sponsor of Women In Sales and the Co-Sponsor of Men as Allies in EMEA.
