Anne-Marie Fink

Private Markets & Funds Alpha - Chief Investment Officer, State of Wisconsin Investment Board


Anne-Marie joined SWIB in 2020 to head the Private Markets and Funds Alpha Division. Anne-Marie has more than two decades of investment management experience, both in the public and private sectors. She has served as the chief investment officer for the Employees’ Retirement System of Rhode Island and for a large family office. She started her investment career at JP Morgan, where she spent more than 15 years as an equity and hedge fund analyst. Prior to joining SWIB, she was at State Street Global Advisors where she was the portfolio strategist for alternative investments. Anne-Marie earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Yale University and an MBA from Columbia University Business School.


Jason Josephiac

Senior Vice President, Meketa


Mr. Josephiac joined Meketa Investment Group in 2021 and has formally been in the investment industry since 2008. A Senior Vice President of the firm, Mr. Josephiac serves as a Research Consultant in Meketa’s Marketable Alternatives practice covering multiple types of strategies such as beta-neutral, long volatility and uncorrelated/niche opportunities. His work includes investment due diligence, portfolio construction, asset allocation and oversight of client portfolios. Prior to joining the firm, he was responsible for managing United (Raytheon) Technologies’ portable alpha/hedge fund program as well as covering global equities, risk parity and multi-asset/strategic partnership portfolios. Prior to that, he held multiple roles at The Boston Company Asset Management as part of the business development and client service teams. Mr. Josephiac graduated magna cum laude from Bentley University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and minors in Economics and International Studies. He is a CFA and CAIA charterholder as well as a member of the CFA Hartford Society. He is a member of the Bentley University endowment investment committee and a member of the Ellington Community Scholarship Association.


Yan Kvitko

Managing Director, External Portfolio Management, CPP Investments


Yan Kvitko is a Managing Director with CPP Investments’ External Portfolio Management (EPM) team. Yan is responsible for the Emerging Manager program globally which pursues investments in early stage hedge fund managers. Prior to joining CPP in 2019, he worked at New Holland Capital where he was a Senior Portfolio Manager responsible for investment research and portfolio management with a focus on quantitative strategies. Yan began his career at Ziff Brothers Investments. Yan holds a BS in Computer Science from Stanford University and an MA in piano performance from the Conservatorium van Amsterdam. He is a CFA charterholder.


Libbi Ross

Director, Investment Research, Luminae Partners


Libbi is Director of Investment Research at Luminae Partners. As part of the Coverage team at Luminae, she assists clients by researching the fund manager universe. Previously, Libbi was responsible for Bloomberg Mandates platform across EMEA, providing investors with fund data and manager connectivity. Prior, Libbi worked at RBS in Hedge Fund Relationship Management and Rates Sales, initially starting her career in Capital Introductions at Newedge. Libbi graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Bristol University and serves on the London Education committee for 100 Women in Finance.
