ONE|NB breaks ground on Residences at Riverside Square in East Providence

ONE Neighborhood Builders broke ground on April 10 for a 16-unit affordable housing development along Bullocks Point Avenue in East Providence. With three of the units designated for youths aging out of foster care, the project forges a partnership between ONE|NB and Foster Forward, an East Providence nonprofit who’s mission is to empower lives impacted by foster care.

Marvin Abney.

Thank you to House Speaker Joseph Shekarchi and other members of the House of Representatives for joining ONE|NB in a discussion about affordable housing. The representatives visited our King Street Commons project in Olneyville and discussed with our team the challenges that ONE|NB and other developers encounter when trying to bring similar projects to completion.
