TEDCO announced that the board of directors elected new executive officers and welcomed new members. The newly appointed chair of the board is College of Southern Maryland’s Ellen Flowers-Fields, succeeding Omar Muhammad, director and EN-TRE-PRE-NEUR for the Entrepreneurial Development and Assistance Center at Morgan State University (MSU).
