The USMS New England Open Water Series is off to a good start with 80 participants in the first three events. The two remaining series races are Swim With A Mission on July 13th in the pristine waters of Newfound Lake in Bristol, NH and the Glen Lake Swim on August 18th in Goffstown, NH, less than an hour north of Boston, and home to the infamous (but friendly) Glennie.


The series caps will be given out at the Glen Lake Swim to those who have earned them*. Everyone who swims in 4 of the 5 events are guaranteed to receive a cap. Additional caps will be given out with priority given to those who swim in 3 of the 5 events, and so on. Participants will receive their SwimOutlet.com gift certificates via email at the end of the series.

* If you swim 4 of the 5 races but are not at the Glen Lake Swim to receive your cap it will be mailed to you.

Open Water Swim Clinic


Swim clinics for new and intermediate adult (18+) open water swimmers led by certified Total Immersion coach Celeste St. Pierre in support of the Glen Lake Swim.

Time and Location: TWO sessions, 8:30am OR 12:00pm July 27, 2024 at the Goffstown Parks and Recreation Center, 155 South Mast Street, Goffstown, NH 03045.

Cost is only $25 and is limited to 15 participants. Each participant will receive a free 30 Day rial membership to USMS and FREE NewWaveSwimBuoy!


  • Clinic will start with a brief classroom discussion covering:
  • Balance, stability, and propulsion
  • Tips on breathing
  • Smooth sighting and navigation
