Pictured above are SEFAA members Sarah Thomsen and Kim Wall with Nicole Smith of Mercy Care. Nicole collected seventeen (17!) handmade blankets for Mercy Care's Recuperative Care program - blankets made as part of our Blanket Love Project by Stephanie Gould, Veronica Hatfield, Jim Kotaska, Stella Lang, Robin Meyer, Rita Panayioto, and Kim Wall. Thank you all!

The Blanket Love Project is an ongoing project, and we're always looking for handmade blankets for Mercy Care or pet beds for Lifeline Animal Project. Just email for details if you'd like to contribute to this worthwhile charitable project.

Holiday Tea - A New Tradition!

Below is a collage of images from our first Holiday Tea. We made a few pom poms, gave away three gorgeous handmade shawls, enjoyed wonderful food and table decorations and the current exhibition of work by Lunchtime Fiber participants, and also officially launched the SEFAA Shop with consignment items handcrafted by SEFAA members along with textile supplies at bargain basement prices. If you missed out, we'll do it again next year! In the meantime, though, stop in to the SEFAA Center Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays between 10 am and 4 pm or Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10 am to 2 pm to visit, shop, and check out the current exhibition.
