Ribbit, JENNIFER!

I've never kissed a little green frog, but I have kissed a few *ahem* toads, if you catch my drift.

Romantic amphibious humor aside, in life there are some things we do because we WANT to and, for a variety of reasons, lots things we do because we HAVE to.

In the latter case, we can hem and haw and procrastinate all we want, but I've found that the sooner I pucker up and get it done, the less I suffer.

If we can focus on doing the task itself the best we can or, if we want to get all deep and stuff, use it as an act of attention, service, or meditation, we can hop through life's froggy bits with a little more grace.

So, here's to YOU and me, flipping the script and becoming our own personal equivalent of Prince Charming (even when we'd really rather not)! xoxo Jennifer
