GBCC AFFINITYH HEALTH AND DENTAL PLAN

“Recognizing Ageism to Be More Inclusive” is a high-rated, certificate-granting course on LinkedIn Learning by Dr. Tracy Gendron, who chairs the Department of Gerontology at Virginia Commonwealth University. She says the course “explores how age and generational biases impact decision making, engaging with colleagues, and working effectively in today's organizations.” She says, too, that it “reveals the most common and damaging forms of ageism and teaches you the skills to develop an age-inclusive mindset and workplace.”
