MARSHALL CO. BEEF BITS

Greetings! Happy Fall. We hope this finds all of you doing well and busy looking for your new projects for this coming year.

Beef Weigh-In – Will be held on Sunday, Dec. 18th from noon to 2 pm. As always please remember that if your project is a purebred steer you need to have the tattoo information with you at weigh-in time. We will be weighing in all market beef (steers and market heifers). The cost per animal this year will be one flat fee of $10.00 per head.

Please be sure to let Jodi know if you cannot make this date work.

If you have any questions, please give me a call. Thank you. Jodi

Additional Note:

Market heifers are required to be weighed in, and breeding heifers are required to have two forms of identification. If you think there is a chance that you may want to switch your market heifer to breeding or vice versa, please bring her to weigh-in AND enter two forms of ID. That way all of your bases are covered if you decide to switch later on.
