In order to be effective at helping others, there are key communication skills that are essential to understand and apply. Communicating while helping children and youth is different than our everyday communication.
In this experiential workshop, presenter Ashleigh Martinflatt will share basic and advanced communication skills such as caring confrontation, empathy, reflective feeling statements, and many more. Participants will have the opportunity to explore, discuss and practice these skills.
