Hello Winter in New Hampshire! I've lived in Chicago and Colorado, but I never had to walk two greyhounds through a New Hampshire winter before. BRRRR!! We love getting to spend times with our grandbabies though. I hope I can be half as loved by them as I loved my Grandma Bailey! Our house that was supposed to be finished in March is now not going to be ready until May. There was some wailing and nashing of teeth about that! At right is a picture of the progress. Oh well, I'm thankful to be warm and safe in our little apartment. I wish you warm and safe where you are and hope you'll take a peek at some things coming up and some free offerings below.

Ever since I found out about Little Free Libraries, I've wanted to create one. Finally, I am preparing to dedicate one in my hometown of Henderson, KY. Some wonderful people helped me to get it organized and we're going to have a ribbon-cutting ceremony on March 2nd. I'll be autographing and giving away books; and we'll have free BBQ and snacks.
