HOLIDAY SHOP

We are so excited at Memorial MAP, because it's one of the most wonderful times of the year - MAP Holiday Shop!!! For all of our new families, Holiday Shop is a real shopping experience that we set up in the MAP room. Children can bring in money from home and choose the perfect gifts for their family and friends. The "shop" will be open 12/5-12/23. CLICK HERE for all of the details about the MAP Holiday Shop!

MAP at the HOLIDAY STROLL!

Please come visit us at the MAP table in the back room of the Medfield Public Library! We will be selling small crafts that you can take home to put together. Kids and teachers from MAP @ The Pfaff will also be there selling handmade crafts that will make perfect gifts this season!

Charitable Gift Matching

Does your employer offer a program that matches charitable contributions? If so, please consider MAP for your next donation! MAP is a registered 501(c)3 charitable organization and may be eligible for a match under employer charitable giving programs.

INCOMING JUMP START & KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION

(& RE-ENROLLMENT FOR CURRENT FAMILIES TOO!)

Happy December! While it seems like the next school year is very far away, we’ve begun planning & preparing for 2023-2024!

For families with an incoming Jump Starter or Kindergartner, please email Annette, annette.map@comcast.net to be placed on the list to receive our registration materials. In the email, please include your name, your child’s name, and if you are interested in Jump Start or Kindergarten. MAP registration materials will be available online after Memorial School finalizes Kindergarten placements.

MAP families have often shared with us how much their children have enjoyed and learned during their time at MAP. We hope that if you have the opportunity to share your child’s MAP experience with future Jump Start or Kindergarten families, you’ll let them know that MAP is a great place to be!

For our current families, MAP will be conducting re-enrollment for the upcoming 2023-2024 school year during that same time, and current families will receive an email with more info and links to re-enroll. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions and to pass along my contact information to anyone interested in MAP.

BRRRRRR!!! Please remember that, even as the weather turns cold, we are spending as much time outside as possible! Extra layers, warm coats, hats & mittens come in handy! And of course, when there is SNOW, all the gear!

MAP at the Angel Run

Several MAP teachers and friends will be at the Angel Run on Sunday - we hope to see you there! While you are running/walking/pushing a stroller, keep an eye out for the decorations we made to help with the festive route! This year we donated creative WOODLAND CREATURE COLLAGES.

MARK YOUR CALENDARS!

NOVEMBER AT JUMP START MAP

November has been a great month for exploring nature! We have been exploring the woods behind MAP, the baseball field near Memorial school, and the fields in front of the MAP building. With the cooler mornings, the kids have been examining the frost on the grass and the ice that is in the mud kitchen. Inside the MAP room, the kids have loved discovering the MAP room with flashlights. Most days they turn off the lights to play flashlight hide-and-seek, shadow puppets, and go on missions with their flashlights. November has also been a month of being Thankful for all that we have and each other. The kids have loved making turkeys for Thanksgiving and have already started making new crafts for the Holiday season!

A Special Thank You!

The Varsity Football Team and Cheerleading Team paid us a visit on the day before Thanksgiving to help us celebrate our annual Football Day! These teens were so great with the Kindergarten and 1st Graders, teaching them plays and cheers, and just playing around and having fun! We capped off the day with an autograph session, and you would have thought the Patriots had come for the day!
