THE WEEKLY UPDATE

SERMON SERIES

Home for Christmas

November 27-December 18

There is a longing in every one of us. Some of us feel it when we’re with others and then we also feel it when we are alone. Some might call it a longing for home. Home might bring up ideas of love and happiness, but for some the thought of home might hurt more than help.

The season of Advent is your invitation to come Home for Christmas, so we'll see you Sunday at 9:30am in the chapel or 11am in the worship center.

HAPPENING ON THE HILL

Advent on the Hill

November 27-December 24

In the busyness of the holiday season, you are going to have a lot of things to remember. Church on the Hill wants you to remember one thing—you have a home with God. This Advent season, we invite you to come Home for Christmas at Church on the Hill.

Visit the Advent page for details on all of the events including the Advent sermon series, Wonderful Night, Christmas Eve and more!

Wonderful Night is only 8 days away! Visit onthehill.life/wonderful-night for more information. Continue to pray this week that as we come together as a community, we are all filled with the joy of Christ’s birth.

Christmas Eve is a time for traditions and returning to the familiarity of home. This year, we invite you to return to Christmas Eve on the Hill. We will tell the familiar Christmas story and celebrate the peace and hope that came in the still of the night 2,000 years ago.

We hope you will join us for Christmas Eve on the Hill in the worship center at 11 am and 1 pm on Saturday, December 24.
