Kids Mud Run


Come on out for the 10th Annual run. Obstacles will include a hay climb, over-under wall, pool noodle hurtles, several mud pits, balance beams, and much more! Parents will be allowed to run with child. The fee includes the run, a headband for the paid participant, and more.

Limited registrations will be available the day of the run at a fee of $15. Please note that some heats might not be available for registration on the day of the run.


Kids Days



Come on out to Sharp Park and join us for a lot of fun! Kids will have a great time participating in the many fun activities including, the variety shows (see below), yard games, bounce house, double lane slide, balance bikes course, balloon twister, bubble booth, temporary tattoos, trackless train, children’s make-it take-it craft, tot spot, dance performances by Delta Dance Connection, Kiki’s Gymnastics fun obstacle course, Library Outreach Van, Delta Lioness/Lions concessions, and more! 

Everything (with the exception of concessions) is FREE.

Youth Tennis Lessons



This instructional tennis program is designed to teach basic fundamentals strokes, rules, etiquette, scoring, and playing points in a group environment.


Session 1: 6/20/23 - 7/11/23

Session 2: 7/18/23 - 8/3/23

Ages 5-7: 9:00-9:55 a.m.

Ages 8-11: 10:00-10:55 a.m.

Ages 12-15: 11:00-11:55 a.m.

Youth Golf Lessons


This instructional golf program is designed to teach full swing fundamentals, driving, approach shots, chipping, putting, bunker shots, etiquette, rules, and scoring. Golf participants will need to supply their own clubs. Each participant will receive a green fee pass (9 holes) for two players which can be used any time after the golf lessons are completed.  


Session 1: 6/19/23 - 7/5/23

Session 2: 7/17/23 - 8/14/23

Ages 5-8: 1:00-2:15 p.m.

Ages 9-13: 2:30-3:45

Summer T-ball and baseball are just around the corner! We have programs for ages 4-10.

The deadline is June 2nd.

Youth NFL Flag Football

Introduce your child to the basics of football. Each team will be assigned an NFL team name and wear that official NFL team jersey. Grades K-5

The deadline is August 11.

Hiring Lifeguards and Instructors

Delta Township is looking to hire several lifeguards and swim instructors. If you are interested, please contact the Enrichment Center office at 484-5600, M-F, 10 a.m.-3 p.m.


Lifeguarding Class

Get certified to be a lifeguard. Learn CPR, First aid, How to use an AED, and all the skills needed to get certified as a lifeguard. 

Must be 15 years old and be able to do the following to take the class:

Swim 300 yards, continuously demonstrating breath control and rhythmic breathing. Candidates may swim using the front crawl, breaststroke, or a combination of both, but swimming on the back or side is not allowed. Swim goggles may be used.

Other swimming skills will be tested and must be passed to obtain certification.


Cost: $100  

Tuesday and Thursday Nights, 4-8 pm, June 13-June 29.  Will also include a home study portion which must be completed by the end of the course.


Delta Township is looking to hire after successful completion of the course and will reimburse after 3 months of employment for the course fees.

Conversations With Our Inner Critic - An Intentional Creativity® Workshop


Have you ever really thought about how many of our decisions/choices are influenced by our Inner Critic? It seems to wield a lot of power, and sometimes, we feel like we are under its control. What if we could create a different relationship with the Critic? Come join us as we transform the Critic's voice to that of our Muse. No artistic experience needed. Supply fee included.

Savvy Caregiver Program

This program is for the active caregiver of a family member or friend with dementia that lives at home. It will help you gain special skills and knowledge you will need to be a successful caregiver. It will also help you understand the impact of dementia on you and the person with dementia.

The zoo houses an internationally-famous Hippoquarium®. Other exhibits that make this zoo special are Arctic Encounter, Frog Town, Cheetah Valley, and Primate Forest. The aquarium features 3,000+ aquatic animals in 178,000 gallons of water.
