At the Union County Foundation, our commitment to enhancing the quality of life in our community is unwavering. To better understand the needs and aspirations of Union County residents, we have partnered with Stratavize, a renowned consulting firm. Together, we have undertaken a comprehensive data collection initiative, gathering insights through surveys and community group discussions. This initiative is pivotal in shaping our future endeavors, ensuring that our actions are aligned with the community's needs and goals.

The insights we will share are not merely statistics or abstract concepts; they represent the voices and experiences of Union County residents. Your feedback and participation have been crucial in this process, and we are deeply grateful for your input. As we move forward, the Union County Foundation is dedicated to transforming these insights into tangible improvements. Whether it’s through new programs, policy advocacy, or community partnerships, we are committed to making a lasting, positive impact.

Week 4- Upstream

Majority of youth plan on going to college and move away and do not plan to return right away.

These are young adults; how can we attract them. Housing, work opportunities and adequate childcare for young families.

Unfortunately, some barriers are out of our control. However, we can work towards a shift in change!
