Why Train with Kettlebells?
Kettlebells were developed in Russia in the 1700's, used for training the Soviet Army. They were introduced in the mid 1900's in the United States
- No single tool delivers extreme all around fitness better.
- It replaces barbells, dumbbells, medicine balls, and other cardio equipment.
Methods To Guarantee Ultimate Fat Loss and Strength Gain With Kettlebells
- Lift explosively (fast muscle twitch)
- Get rid of weak links (total body tension)
- Maximize efficiency / Manage fatigue (40 minutes at your own pace)
- Increase excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), which means increases post workout caloric burn.

You will be trained by Russian Kettlebell Certified instructors who have undergone some of the world's most rigorous courses with a combined total of over 30 years experience. New to Kettlebells?
Have no fear.
After completing the Kettlebell Basics Foundation class you will begin 3 weeks of practice with intensive instructional cuing. Once the Kettlebell Fat Loss & Strength Program begins, you will be supervised by our instructors during all classes. They will instruct, cue, and support you as needed. We're here to help you succeed!
OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU: SAFETY IS OUR TOP CONCERN AND WILL BE OF PRIMARY EMPHASIS IN ALL ASPECTS OF THE PROGRAM!

What does it take to succeed in this program:

Attend all 9 instructional practice classes
- Commit to all 16 weeks of training 3 hours per week. Classes are Monday 6:30pm, Wednesday 6:30pm, and Friday 5:30pm
- Stay actively involved in the program; nutrition classes, online support and networking.
- Schedule and keep all assessment appointments.

Openly communicate any and all concerns ie. food, exercises, physical constraints. We don't know if you don't tell us. Remember we want you to succeed and we're here to help.

Non-members pay an enrollment fee of $139.00, and a monthly fee of $85.00 on a four month agreement.
Members pay an enrollment fee of $89.00

*If you are not able to attend one of the scheduled Kettlebell Basics classes, a Kettlebell Basics training session can be arranged with one of our certified Kettlebell Instructors (for an additional fee). This must be completed by January 15, 2023.

Kettlebell Basics Classes
Must register for one class,
choose from the following dates:
Friday, Jan. 13th from 5:30pm-7pm
Saturday, Jan. 14th from 10:15am-11:45am
*please arrive 20min. early to set up payment plan and expect to stay for entire class or you may be asked to reschedule
Kettlebell Instructional Practice begins Monday, Jan.16, at 6:30pm.
These required classes continue on Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:30pm and Fridays at 5:30pm until "The Burn" starts on Monday, Feb 6th.
Nutrition Classes
New Participants must register for one class,
choose from the following dates:
Thursday, Jan. 26 at 6:30pm-8:30pm
Saturday, Jan. 28 at 10:30am-12:30pm
