Ottawa Outdoor and Adventure Show, April 20 - 21
Are you looking for a way to meet parents and families and share your excitement about being in Scouting? Join us at our exhibit booth at the annual Ottawa Outdoor and Adventure Show, April 20 - 21, 2024, at the Nepean Sportsplex.
We are looking for adult and youth volunteers for shifts of one or more hours, to share the love of Scouting with curious families. Teach a knot, teach a repeat-after-me song, show your campfire blanket, talk about adventures, favourite memories of camps, your weekly program, and your enthusiasm. High school students can earn a few more volunteer hours! Maybe you will recruit youth or adult volunteers or find a resource person with a special occupation or hobby.
