Musical Youth Summer Theatre (MYST)

July 3–23, 2023

Once again we are offering a three week, professionally led summer musical theatre camp for youth, ages 8-16, culminating in a fully-staged production of Matilda Jr., a musical adaptation of the well known children's novel by Roald Dahl.

The Junior section is fully subscribed but you can still complete the registration form in hope of a cancellation. The online payment is now disabled for Juniors so you won't be charged until/unless you are accepted. There are still spaces for Seniors ages 13 -16.

We will be accepting 12 JUNIORS (8-12) and 11 SENIORS (13-16) this year. No audition is required. We are looking for motivated children and youth who want to learn and are willing to work hard. It will be fun! Details...

Operation Facelift

A recent donation of $7,500 from the Shuswap Rotary Club and $10,000 from our own reserves has brought us almost to our fundraising goal. With a further sponsorship pending, we are confident that we will soon reach that goal. A huge thank you to the individuals who donated and businesses who sponsored this project. We are also grateful to the foundations and government agencies who have supported Operation Facelift. We are very excited that the construction phase can now begin.

Read all about the project on our website, including how donors and sponsors are recognized. You will get a peak, also, of the new design.
