I have been a member of the Rehoboth Beach Writers Guild for ten years and love it! Wanted to share news of an upcoming class, knowing that many of you have an interest in writing too. This is the Year I Will Write is a two-week online class taught by Maribeth Fischer (Executive Director of the Guild) January 9-13 and16-20 (weekends off). In this inspiring “challenge,” the primary goal is simply to write 500 words a day every day for two weeks. Each morning, you’ll receive a short email with inspiring thoughts from other writers that will help motivate you, followed by a prompt that you can use—or not. You’ll share the words with absolutely no one—all you have to do is email Maribeth when you’ve reached your goal for the day. This challenge is a way to begin 2023 by saying “my writing matters.” Cost: RBWG Members $50; Non-Members $60. For more info, or to sign up, email Maribeth
