IEEE PES appreciates your support of the IEEE PES T&D Conference. We want to ensure your experience is seamless In Anaheim, California. Please read the following before you arrive. 

Update Your Online Listing 

Be sure your online listing is updated. T&D attendees will use your listing to learn more about your company, connect with you and your staff, and set meetings for the event. Without a complete profile, you are missing out on valuable leads!! 

1. Login to your Exhibitor Hub 
2. Manage your product categories, company description, and more. 

Move-In Reminders 

All booths MUST BE completely set by Monday, 6 May at 4:00 PM 

Target Move-In 

The date/time assigned to each exhibitor when they should schedule on-site freight delivery. 

• You are not required to begin set-up on your target date, but this is the 1st day you CAN begin. 
• All display materials and other freight must arrive on the target move-in date. 
• Display materials which arrive before or after the target move-in may be subject to an additional surcharge. 

Target Move-In Dates/Times: 

• Thursday, 2 May – Saturday, 4 May 
• Between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM 
• Find assignments: Target Move-In Floorplan*. 
• Find your booth on the Floorplan. 
• Then match the color of your booth to the key on the right of the floorplan. 

All LINEAR Booths/General Move-In 

This is for all linear booths (10x10, 10x20, etc.): 

     Saturday, 4 May | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM 

     Sunday, 5 May | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM  

     Monday, 6 May | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Shutte Info – Getting to/from the convention center to hotels. View the routes and hours of service. 
• Attendee List & Lead Retrieval – You can still purchase attendee lists and lead retrieval through XPress Leads. 
• Check-off your to do items in the Exhibitor Hub.
