Appreciation Dinner

Rolesville Rural Fire Department Annual Appreciation Dinner took place on January 13, 2023. Mr. Bill Mitchell received his Class I Uniform Jacket. James Reeves was recognized for running the most calls in 2023, Kenton Abernethy was recognized for the most hours of training in 2023, Herbert Holding was recognized for 50 years of service, Chad Teague was recognized for 15 years of service, Jordan Foster was recognized for 5 years of service. Firemen are recognized each time they reach a 5-year milestone.

New Grills Installed

A big shout out to our Public Works Department for installing new grills at the park shelters at Main Street Park and Redford Place Park! These new grills have 3 times the grilling area as the previous ones and are perfect for any event that you have planned for the park shelters. 2 new grills at Main Street Park Shelter D will be installed soon as well.

Participants Will Compete In A Wide Range Of Events Including Heritage And Visual Arts, Croquet, Table Tennis, Basketball Shooting, Swimming, Shuffleboard, Pickleball, And More!

Memorial Day is a day of remembrance. We want to remember the people who have served our country during our Memorial Mile event. Request a FREE Memorial Mile Sign for a loved one who served in the United States Armed Forces and purchase a Memorial Mile Shirt for $45.
