Discover Cooking and Architectural CAD!

This weeks highlighted career and competition areas are Cooking and Architectural CAD! 

Cooking

• Cooks duties may include preparing complete meals or individual dishes, preparing special dietary meals, scheduling and supervising kitchen staff, overseeing food production operation, ordering, participating in then hiring and training of food production stand and more! 
• This is a Red Seal Certified Trade
• This competition is run at the Skills Canada BC Provincial Competition at the Secondary and Post-Secondary levels

Architectural CAD

• A CAD draftsperson is responsible for developing working drawings, plans, diagrams, or layouts based on the sketches, calculations, specification sheets and other data supplied by architects and engineers 
• This competition is run at the Skills Canada BC Provincial Competition at the Secondary level
