BLACK COD, aka, SABLEFISH or BUTTERFISH:

Lots of local fishies this week:
TUNA STEAKS, AHI, NC: Take a hot cast iron skillet, a tablespoon of oil, a little salt and pepper, 90 seconds on each side and you are ready to eat.
SWORDFISH STEAKS, NC: Great on the grill.
MAHI FILLETS, NC: It's a short season. So if you like local, fresh mahi, order up.
GOLDEN TILE FILLETS, NC: White, meaty, sweet. Great, great fish.
SPECKLED TROUT FILLETS, NC: Give it a go if you've never tried it. You'll like it.
BLACK DRUM FILLETS, NC: Haven't had it for a while. Great for grilling or sauteing.
FLOUNDER FILLETS, NC: 'Nuff said.
We have some SCALLOPS that we've frozen over the past couple of weeks and it sure would be nice if they were in your freezer (hint hint). $3.00 off per pound.
