Continuing from last week we practice love and kindness to ourselves and those around us. The moon sequence, chandra namaskar, includes many heart opening poses, as well as, strength building, breathing and flexibility.


Yoga can bring

peace to the mind,

love to the heart,

and quiet to the body.


Please bring your favorite props.


Daily attention to breath and movement can bring improved posture and balance; better sleep and focus; and a feeling of well-being. I invite you to breathe and stay present. Allow comfort to be your guide, and enjoy your journey of self-discovery.
