Subject: Central Air Conditioning
As in the past, the Agency is requesting that all developments conduct maintenance inspections on their central air conditioning systems to ensure that they are operational for this summer season. The systems should be inspected by your office or a professional contractor. Please forward to your Housing Management Officer, written confirmation that you have complied with this request and that your air conditioning system is operational no later than May 31, 2024.
