December 2, 2022

Dear Parents,

Our first Small Business Saturday “St. Matt’s Market” was a huge success! Thank you to all who volunteered to make this such a fun and exciting event.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding this week with hot lunch. We appreciate your help and are happy Ms. Tammy is on the mend.

The Immaculate Conception is on Thursday, December 8. We will not be hosting Mass on Tuesday.

Our Christmas concert is right around the corner. The students should wear dress clothes (no jeans, sweats, jogging pants, sweatshirts, etc.). Girls should wear dresses or dress pants and sweater and boys should wear khakis/dress pants, button down or polo shirt or a sweater.

The afternoon concert is at 1:30pm and the evening concert is at 6:30pm in the gym. Students in Mrs. Patt’s K3 class need to be here by 1pm and all students must be in their classroom by 6pm.

Mark your calendars! Our annual school dinner and auction (Cabin Fever) will be on Saturday, March 18, 2023 for all adults. There will be a delicious dinner catered by Crave, with a silent, live and online auction. If you have never attended, please consider coming. It’s a great night to meet more school parents and have a great meal and evening out. And if you want to help plan the event, considering coming to our next Home & School meeting on December 13.

Please welcome Kelsey Norton, Julie Roth and Monica Lettow to our family. They will be helping in the Parish Center and school and we are really glad they are on board. Mrs. Schueller will be overseeing all school and parish administrative duties with the help of our new employees. Give them a huge welcome if you see them. New Parish office hours can be found on the bottom of the church website.

Reports cards will be coming home soon. We will send you notification when they are sent home so you can check your child’s backpack.

We are ready to rock the rest of this year!
