2024 USMS 1-Hour Virtual Championship, Through January 31

See how far you can swim in one hour and compare your distance to fellow Masters swimmers nationwide. This event can be completed in any pool 25-yards or longer and counts for points for Pacific Age Group Standings. Information and Registration


The Miracle Mile, Through February 29

Swim a Postal mile and help fund a cure for lung cancer. This important event is sponsored by Tamalpais Aquatic Masters. Information and Registration

Vacaville Super Bowl Meet, February 10

This is a fun, fast-moving meet offering 50s and 100s of all strokes, 100 and 200 IM, ending with 200 and 500 Freestyle. Location: Walter Graham Aquatic Center, 110 Alamo Dr., Vacaville, CA. Information and Registration


World Aquatics (FINA) Masters Championships, February 23 - March 3, Doha, Qatar

Doha will host the flagship age group event for Masters Aquatics athletes in swimming, water polo, diving, artistic swimming and open water swimming. Find the calendar of events here. Find general information here.


Splash and Dash Sprint Pentathlon, February 24

More fun, fast-paced action will be had at the Albany Aquatic Center, CA. Events: 50s of all the strokes, 100 IM, ending with the added thrills of team spirit with the 200 Freestyle Relay and 200 Medley Relay. Information and Registration


The City Mile, February 25

Enjoy the 25-yard indoor pool at the City College of San Francisco, Wellness Center, 50 Frida Kahlo Way, featuring one event, the 1650 Freestyle. Registration is now closed. To have your name added to a waiting list, please email the Meet Director at [email protected]. Meet Information


Pacific Masters Relays, March 17

Mark your calendars for a fun RELAY ONLY meet this spring on St. Patrick's Day in Pacifica. In addition to the typical 200-medley and free relays, this event will feature relays for each of the other strokes and IM (4 X50 breast, 4 X 50 fly, 4 X 50 back, 4 X 100 IM). Show off your talents with a fun 100 (4 X 25) yard relay that will be judged on apparel and creativity of swim. Relay team members do not have to be from the same club.

Santa Rosa Masters Resolution Meet

Recap and Results


2024 began appropriately with whistles, cheers, and splashes at the Santa Rosa JC Aquatic Complex on January 13th. Pacific Masters swimmers and officials again braved the cold January rains to bring us our first event of the year. Congratulations to all who attended! See results here.

Santa Clara International Swim Center Closed

In an unexpected and abrupt move, the Santa Clara International Swim Center has been closed indefinitely. Its status remains in doubt with no forthcoming information about its future. Read more.

Call for 2024 Coach of the Year (COTY) Nominations

Deadline: March 15 


Do you have a coach that went above and beyond in 2023?  Please consider recognizing your amazing coach by nominating them for the Pacific Masters Coach of the Year Award! Submissions should include a nomination letter along with a maximum of four support letters.


A description of the award along with the nomination and selection process can be found here. More details can be found here. This award will be presented at our Pacific Masters SCY Championship, May 18. This means we have a little extra time to get those nomination packets together this year! Nominations for the Pacific Masters Coach of the Year are due Friday, March 15, 2024, and should be sent to the Chair of Pacific Masters.
