Currently serves on NJFRW Board of Governors. Elected in 2018 to Hunterdon County Board of County Commissioners, currently serves as Deputy Director. Republican County Committeewoman since 2014, NJTPA Trustee since 2022. Holds Bachelor of Science in Accounting University of Scranton (PA), University of Innsbruck, Austria. Girl Scouts of the USA, Lifetime Member. Married to Rob, two children and proud grandmother of three grandchildren, Joseph (7), Olivia (3) CJ (6 mos).

Lifelong Jersey Girl, currently serves as NJFRW Assistant Treasurer and is in her fourth term as Vice Chair of the Warren County Republican Committee. Also Vice Chair of the Warren County Community College Board of Trustees, a member of her choir and leader with several church and other community NGOS. Nancy’s greatest achievement has been as wife of the late Harry E. Brown for over 53 years, Mom of daughters, Heather and Beth, and proud Mom Mom of five grandkids, Ben (21), Andrew (18), Maddie (17), Sarah (14), Sam (12).

Tim Ballard spent over a decade working as a Special Agent for the Department of Homeland Security, where he was assigned to the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force as an undercover operative–helping dismantle child trafficking rings in the US and multiple foreign countries.


In 2013, Tim and a team of special operatives left their careers and founded Operation Underground Railroad, the premier private organization in the world to take on child trafficking cartels; resulting in the rescue and rehabilitation of over 7,000 children and women. Their early efforts are seen in the movie SOUND OF FREEDOM.


Tim continues the fight by inviting all anti-trafficking organizations and concerned people of the world to come together in unity to end human trafficking once and for all.]

Doug Steinhardt, Esq.

Doug Steinhardt is a graduate of Belvidere High School, Gettysburg College and Widener University School of Law. Before forming Florio Perrucci Steinhardt & Cappelli, the NJ, NY & PA law firm that bears his name, he worked with his father, Joe Steinhardt, in their Belvidere law practice.


Doug was the first 5-term Mayor in Lopatcong Twp history, serving from January 2000 through December 2014. He has been Chairman of the Warren County Republican Committee since 2004, and was Chairman of the NJ Republican State Committee from 2017 through December 2023.


In November 2023 Doug was re-elected to New Jersey's Senate and is a strong advocate for the 23rd legislative district, for veterans, first responders, NJ families, and small businesses. As a volunteer, he founded and co-Chairs the Warren County Addiction Task Force and Warren County Mental Health Task Force. He serves on several Boards and Commissions.


An Eagle Scout, Doug and his wife Trudy live in Lopatcong Township with their children, Tia and Doug Jr., and their beagle, Kimber.
