Claudette C’Faison is a pioneer in launching innovative programs that support high risk communities. She began in 1977, with the runaway youth program for NYC Department of Youth Services. She next focused on the development of youth and their communities including the parents, educators, and services. Today, Mrs. Faison runs Unlocking Futures, (formerly Youth at Risk) a non-profit with a 30 year track record of breaking the cycle of generational poverty to create thriving young adults. Her work spans over 30 states and seven countries
Liz Allen has been a hospital Chaplain for 22 years. She currently trains trainers to deliver the Renewal Course for Caregiver Renewal. Her special interests include certification in Burn Out Prevention, wellbeing, and mental health. She capitalizes on the healing power of humor as an outlet for stress and way to lift the spirit. She is responsible for the stand-out training program at Second City Storytelling in Chicago. She lives on the University of Wisconsin campus in Madison with her therapy dog Carlita
