The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He makes me lie down in green pastures. He leads me beside still waters. He restores my soul. Psalm 23:1-2 (ESV)
We have a shepherd. We are not alone. God is with us and guides us to the place of soul health. As David writes, “He restores my soul.” You may have abandoned the hope of having a healthy soul… at least in this lifetime; but I assure you, God has not! David speaks in the present tense of something God does now, often! Don’t despair. Let hope arise. Believe again, He Restores My Soul.
