What: Join us for the final lunch n' learn of the 3-part holiday series. We've discussed goal setting and healthy food swaps; now it's time to discuss self-care and stress management through the duration of the holiday season.

Frosty Challenge Continues

What: There's still time left to register and participate in this year's Frosty challenge! If you're worried about holiday weight gain, this is the program for you. Reduce stress and ease your worries with weekly health and wellness activities to complete. The person who "freeze's" their weight (+/- 2 lbs) and earns the most points wins a cash prize.

Did you know that Fitness at SPS Tower can support your employees' health & wellbeing in your office (or virtually)?! Let us help you and your coworkers get moving and reduce mental clutter with a stretch break or mini meditation session.

These services can be delivered directly to your office by our professional wellness team in a group setting and are generally no more than 10 minutes long.

BONUS these breaks are offered at NO COST to you through the fitness center.
