CHARITY
HIGHLIGHT
In 2023, a $10,000 contribution from the Pelican Sound Charitable Foundation funded LEADERS FOR A RESILIENT GENERATION. The American Heart Association of SWFL supports children and families who are impacted by congenital heart defects through a variety of programs in local schools. The program provides children in grades K-5 in Lee County with the resources, knowledge and support to live more full and healthy lives.
DONOR TESTIMONIAL:
Why do you contribute to the Pelican Sound Charitable Foundation?
“Our support of the Charitable Foundation is based largely on the unique impact of its donor gifts. With limited administrative expenses, and no salaries, virtually every dollar of every donation goes directly to the charities selected by the Foundation. Moreover, the Foundation’s selection process ensures that donations stay in Southwest Florida with organizations that have demonstrated a clear need, and an ability to effectively administer financial gifts.”Pelican Sound Resident Bud Stoneburner
