The Rev. Orlando "Bud" Kibbe, 93, who was an associate member of the BWC who retired in 2007, died on April 24.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 1, at 11 a.m., with a gathering from 9 to 11 a.m. at Montgomery UMC, 28325 Kemptown Road in Damascus.
