The purpose of the Northeast OKC Neighborhood Coalition (NEOKCNC) is to promote communication and cooperation between neighborhoods and organizations in NE OKC to foster a sense of community. The coalition consists of 16 neighborhoods in the areas bounded by NE 1st to Wilshire Boulevard to Walnut Avenue to Sooner Road.

In their very 1st newsletter issue, the NEOKCNC highlighted the Neighborhood Alliance's very own, Helen Palmer, who works closely with the east side community. They also promoted upcoming neighborhood events and highlighted Garden Neighborhood Community Council which is the oldest organized neighborhood in Oklahoma City!
