IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING PEP'S MOVIE NIGHT
Dear Parents,
We are very excited to see you tonight at 6:00 pm for PEP's Movie Night presented by Citadel! To ensure that the evening runs as smoothly as possible, we want to provide you with important information about this event:
Parking: The Big Playground Field on 104th Street will be open for parking. However, there are a limited number of spots available. Please find street parking or consider a ride share. Please do not block our neighbors' driveways.
Entrance: If you purchased admission wristbands during our pre-sale, you should enter PEP's Movie Night on 104th Street. If you did not purchase admission wristbands during the pre-sale and plan on purchasing at the door (note that availability for tickets at the door are limited!), please bring cash and line up on 102nd Street near the Kindergarten porch.
Wristbands Required for Entry/Re-entry: Everyone MUST wear their wristbands for entry and at all times during the event. No wristband, no entry. Additionally, we do not allow re-entry upon exiting the field. The only exit for the event is on 104th Street.
Payment: The only form of payment that will be accepted at PEP's Movie Night is CASH! Please plan accordingly.
Seating: There will be two screens on the field. Each screen has a VIP section and a General Admission section. Please adhere to the markings and sit in the section for which you've purchased entry. You must bring your own blankets. Chairs are only permitted in the back section of the General Admission areas.
Other Important Rules/Reminders:
- No balls, playground equipment, coolers, outside food or drink, or alcohol are allowed at the event.
- All attendees must stay within the designated perimeter set up for the event.
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times - no drop-offs!
- This event is being run by volunteers who have committed their time to the school for free. Volunteers will be wearing a light-up lanyard (and maybe a Mario mustache!) and are available to assist you during the event. Please treat them with respect.
- Those in violation of these rules may be asked to leave the event.
