Health Screenings

Focus on your own personal health and wellbeing! Free, optional wellness activities are offered both days of the conference. Registration is required; links are included in your registration confirmation email. If you need links sent to you, please email Allison Larsen.

Musculoskeletal Consultation: During this 15-minute MSK consultation, expert coaches will walk you through simple exercises to demonstrate an innovative therapy model that addresses both brain and body wellbeing.

"Virtual" Annual CheckUp: During this 30-minute appointment with the doctor, you will receive key health values/metrics (biometric screening via fingerstick) and information to make positive changes to your health.

Meditation Pods

Need a little R & R during the conference? Spend some time at the meditation pods secluded right in the middle of all conference happenings! Check them out -- They'll be in the "coatroom" outside of the ballroom on the second floor.

Prize Drawing

The highly anticipated MBGH prize drawing returns this year! Prizes include (but not limited to): Apple AirPods, Yeti cooler, $250 Visa gift card, Beats headphones, $200 Uber Eats gift card... and many more. The prize drawing will take place at lunch Wednesday, May 8.

Waitlist

To ensure a healthy employer/vendor attendee balance, non-member vendor registration has paused and a waitlist has started. If you are vendor, add yourself to our parking lot. HR/benefits professionals and can continue to register.

Waitlisted individuals will be notified of their registration status on April 29.

Almost sold out! Registration is open to employers only (HR professionals responsible for their population's health benefits). Conference registration will close at noon on May 2nd or when capacity is reached, whichever arrives first!

On-site registration will not be available.

Cancellation Policy

Registration cancellations submitted after April 1, 2024 are nonrefundable. Substitutions are acceptable. Please contact Allison Larsen if you need to transfer your existing registration to another person.
