Ribbon Cutting Ceremony

We are so grateful for everyone who attended our ribbon cutting ceremony and helped us celebrate the grand opening of our new Habitat for Humanity of Denton County administrative offices!

From our volunteers, donors, and sponsors, to those who made the this grand opening possible, thank you for your continued support. With this new space we have a greater capacity to provide safe and affordable housing solutions for hardworking families!

Our organization is fortunate to be members of the Denton Chamber of Commerce. We want to give a special shoutout to all of their amazing ambassadors who helped make this ribbon cutting ceremony extra special!

We thank you for your dedication and enthusiasm that made this event so truly memorable. As our organization grows, we look forward to the future celebrations of our greater ability to serve Denton County.

Groundbreaking Ceremony

We are thrilled to have celebrated the groundbreaking of our 108th home for the Williams Family! We are incredibly grateful to everyone who came out and so thankful for your support.

Every time we begin the construction of a new home, we’re helping create a brighter future for a family in need.

CoServ Charitable Foundation Grant

We are so thrilled to announce that CoServ Charitable Foundation has graciously granted Habitat for Humanity of Denton County a grant of $10,000 for our 108th home in Sanger!

Thanks to their generosity, we will be able to make a large impact on this community, helping to build homes and create a better future for residents, one family at a time. Please join us in thanking CoServ Charitable Foundation for their commitment to improving lives!

The Habitat Village

It is exciting to announce that our upcoming project, the Habitat Village, is officially signed and registered with the City of Denton!

We can't wait to share more with you in the coming months. Keep an eye out for updates on our website as we get closer to the launch!

Located in Southeast Denton between Duncan St. and Hill St. and along Smith St., the Habitat Village will allow Habitat for Humanity of Denton County to have a firm foundation on which to build 35 affordable homes for the next 5-10 years!

We are thankful for all the donors, volunteers, and community members that helped make this dream a reality.

Volunteer at the ReStore!

Did you know you can volunteer at the ReStore? We are looking for several new volunteers to help out at the ReStore this year: Retail Associates, Donations Assistants, and ReStore Copilots. If interested, please visit our website for more information and to sign up.

Febuary 24: Disaster: Financial Preparedness & Recovery

We had a great time at the financial education seminar last weekend. A huge thank you to Independent Financial for partnering with Habitat of Denton County to provide these classes.
