SBA Christmas Gift Shop 2022

We are excited to support the Shelby Baptist Association's Christmas Gift Shop again this year!

The giving tree will be set up in the foyer and ready with gingerbread men (labeled with the names of children to be assigned) on Sunday, November 6th.

You can also tour the gift shop at their open house on Sunday, 11/13. See Teresa Boody for more details.

This year, RBC has had the opportunity to connect with church planters in Ukraine as they experience conflict in their country. You can read their newsletter here.

A Note From Our Children's Minister

Church family, we had an amazing night at Trunk or Treat! We had 27 members, 39 guests, and 19 volunteers here at some point during the event! I want to thank those of you who brought your families and those who volunteered whether through hosting a game, helping decorate, donating candy, or inviting members of the community. We could not have had such a great night without each and every one of you. I look forward to the coming months and events where we can reach even more of our church family and community!

-Camille

1. Acts 1: 8 “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be My witnesses both in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and even to the remotest part of the earth.” Lord God, how happy we are to bring those wonderful ladies from Clarkston before You as ladies from RBC share their witness with them. Lord, use the lessons taught and the love shared with these who do not know You to bring these closer to accepting You as their Savior.

2.Proverbs 22: 9 “He who is generous will be blessed, for he gives some of his food to the poor.” Father, we love Your economy for You teach us to be generous to others and then You allow that generosity to bring blessing upon the giver as well as relieving the needs of others.
