Angela Owen serves as Executive Director for VISION Transylvania. She is also founder and president of Truventure Enterprises, a leadership development and executive coaching firm that does strategic planning

Angela has years of experience in the business world with international corporations, SMEs and entrepreneurs. She is passionate about living a life of purpose, meaning and success. 

Before returning to her roots in Transylvania County, Angela worked for Procter & Gamble where she held a variety of positions in manufacturing operations, business leadership, and human resources. Holding a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from North Carolina State University, Angela has excellent problem solving and business skills. Additionally, she is an outstanding communicator who speaks with enthusiasm, experience, and a passion to grow and develop people.

Pending completion of a bylaws update by the board of directors at their next meeting, Coffee Connections will also act as a Chamber member business meeting for proposal and approval of bylaws changes. There will be a vote of all member attendees.
