Improve the looks of your seating charts in Webtix

Want to change how your Webtix seating charts display online?

Our programming team can make your seats display either square or round.

We can also change colors of your seats to reflect areas priced differently from others or to match your website and branding.

Use colors to designate different price levels

in your seating plan

Many venues have different price categories in different parts of the house, depending on the desirability of the section and row. This is called scaling the house.
There is a simple way to display those areas visually so patrons can easily tell where the price sections are. We use five ASCII codes in the seating plan builder to create different colors for specified seats.

Use Google Forms to create class registration forms

How do you collect the information you need for class registrations? There are often many important pieces of information you need to have, like emergency contacts, food allergies, etc.
Some of our clients have been using Google Forms for this, and we like the ease of creating these forms and the clean, easy-to-read format.
We've posted instructions on learning how to create registration forms this way on our Help Desk. Enjoy!

Practical Automation is out of business

Practical Automation (PA) closed at the end of March. That means there is no support or service for any PA printers you may have. If you need to replace your PA printers, we recommend you contact Diane Rowe by email or at 831.583.0641 for more information.

Visit our Center Stage Ticket Printers webpage to learn about more types and brands of printers.

How to issue refunds to buyers for a performance

or for a certain period of time

Sometimes a performance gets cancelled or there is a situation of some sort that requires you to unexpectedly go dark for a period of time.

In those cases, you may want a way to do a lot of refunds without combing through sales records one by one.

Did you know you can create a spreadsheet of all the tickets that need to be refunded so it makes the job easier? It will include contact info, number of tickets, total paid, sale number and more. Learn how here.
