Voting credentials sent yesterday

Voting credentials for all lay delegates and voting clergy were emailed yesterday. Please check to make sure you have received your credentials and log in for the practice ballot to make sure you are set to go for Saturday. Take a minute to check with other members of your delegation to make sure they have received theirs also.

To vote, go to https://dsoconvention.org and click on the purple “vote” button

·     Select the ballot you are voting in

·     Log in using your voter identifier and voter key

·     Vote!

Zoom links sent yesterday

For those participating at convention remotely by Zoom, the link to the Zoom meeting was also sent out yesterday. This email came from Zoom. Please make sure that you have received your link.

Checking in Saturday morning

For In-person Participants

For those attending the convention in person, check-in will open at 8 a.m. Please enter the cathedral through the Fourth Street entrance. Parking is available in the Queen City Square garage across from the Fourth Street entrance. Be sure to stop at the front desk and pick up a parking validation card.

For Zoom Participants

The Zoom meeting will open at 8:30 a.m. A convention hotline has been set up for convention day troubleshooting. Call or text 513.580.8273 for assistance on Saturday.

We will be using Election Runner to log attendance at convention. As soon as you arrive at convention, either at Christ Church Cathedral or when you log in to Zoom, please go to the voting site and select the “Credentials Check-in” ballot. Log in and mark that you are in attendance. This is extremely important as it helps us to quickly determine if we have a quorum.
