HMIS@NCCEH System Changes

New Required Data Field

For some time, users have expressed a strong preference for the "If Yes, long duration" question for clients disability question to be a required field.

As a result, Wellsky has updated the system. Users will now see that the "If Yes, long duration" field is required to answer. By making this change, we will be able to improve data completeness and reduce data errors during reporting season.

CE APR Data Update

Wellsky provided the CE APR 2024 Data Dictionary Changes on February 15th. However, an issue with the report that undercounted household members had been identified shortly after.

Wellsky has now identified solutions to correct the issue causing the missing records and undercounted households. There will be an update to this report this week to implement the necessary changes to ensure the report runs properly.
