Last Call for Public Comment on Zoning Code Update

The Village of Maple Bluff is currently requesting public input on the draft of the updated Zoning Code, which has been developed over the past 18-months by the Zoning Steering Committee. Please visit the link below to find additional information. The Village does not have a redlined version of the current Zoning Code, as this was a complete re-write.

If you have any ideas, comments, or questions for the Steering Committee, please submit them via email to info@villageofmaplebluff.com. Please use the subject line, "Zoning Code Comment" to ensure your feedback is properly categorized.

The Steering Committee will meet again later this year to finalize the draft, which will then be presented to the Plan Commission in conjunction with a Public Hearing for consideration, before the updated Zoning Code is formally adopted by the Village Board. Your input is valued and encouraged during these final phases of the process.
