Principal's Message:

Dear St. Peter Family,

One more week to go until we break for the most wonderful time of the year! This week was certainly busy with Christmas concerts, tests, homework, and projects. We are proud of the hard work and effort the students continue to put forth even amidst all the excitement. We have a dress down day next week along with a few other special things, so please be sure to read through carefully. It is going to be a busy weekend of shopping and wrapping for me...hope you all enjoy a happy weekend as we all prepare for Christmas!

Christmas Concerts

Thank you to all who came for our Christmas Concerts this week...many of you came to both! The students and Mr. George have worked hard since October on their songs, and they were very excited to perform them for you. Believe it or not, we are already thinking of what to surprise you with next year! Great job to our band and violins too!

Christmas Spirit!

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas around school! Just a few reminders for next week. Also, on Thursday, it is a pajama day for students in grades K-4. They may come to school in their pajamas, but no slippers please. Students will need to wear shoes for gym and playground. Students in grades 5-8 will also have a comfy cozy day. They may wear jeans, sweat pants, or flannel pajama bottoms, but no leggings please. CANDY CANE SALE: Next week at lunch, our St. Vincent DePaul group will be selling candy canes. Mini candy canes will be 25 cents, regular candy canes will be 50 cents, and flavored candy canes will be $1.00. Please be sure to check information from your child's homeroom teacher as there are some special events and happenings unique to each grade level.

Huber Heights is experiencing shortages with bus drivers and subs for many routes. Our students have been affected by these shortages all year and especially the last few weeks. Mrs. Moorman sends out communication whenever we are alerted ahead of time, but often we do not know when there is an issue. Unfortunately, we do not have control over transportation, but we do communicate what we are hearing from you. Please use these numbers when needed if you are experiencing some issues.
