The Greater Providence Board of REALTORS® (GPBOR) is thrilled to announce the commencement of nominations for two prestigious awards: the 2024 REALTOR® of the Year and the inaugural Affiliate of the Year. These awards serve as a testament to the remarkable individuals who embody the values and principles of our profession while making significant contributions to our community.

REALTOR® of the Year Award:

The REALTOR® of the Year award recognizes an outstanding GPBOR member who exemplifies the REALTOR® spirit. This year's recipient will also have the esteemed opportunity to be selected as the RI Association of REALTORS® - REALTOR® of the Year in Fall 2024.

If you wish to nominate yourself or a colleague for this award, please ensure you review the REALTOR® Member Directory before submitting your nomination.

• Self-Nomination Deadline: June 3, 2024
• Nominate Someone Else Deadline: May 15, 2024

Affiliate of the Year Award:

We are thrilled to introduce the Affiliate of the Year award for the first time ever in 2024. This accolade aims to recognize the invaluable contributions of an industry service provider for their active participation in GPBOR activities and support of the Association and the REALTOR® membership.

We invite you to review our member directory and select "Affiliate" to ensure eligibility before submitting your nomination.
