The Draft 2023 Multifamily Underwriting Guidelines have been re-posted and the Draft Design and Architectural Standards have been posted to the OHFA Guidelines Page. Both clean and redline versions of the document are available. These guidelines will apply to all 2023 OHFA Multifamily Funding Programs.
Comments may be sent to QAP@ohiohome.org until December 30th at 5pm

The Draft Housing Development Loan Guidelines have been posted as well. The Guidelines allow for the blanket approval for HDLs for HTC projects. The comment period will last for one week comments may be sent to QAP@ohiohome.org The Guidelines will be presented to the OHFA Board for approval and adoption on December 21st.
The Final Guidelines will be posted the following week.
