ADDITIONAL GUEST TICKETS

FOR CEREMONY#2

This week, you will have an opportunity to reserve up to two additional guest tickets on a first-come, first-served basis. Once all unclaimed tickets have been reserved, we will no longer be able to distribute tickets. The period for reserving additional guest tickets for ceremony #2 is listed below.

Distribution of additional guest tickets.

Starting at 12 p.m. PT until all tickets are claimed.

Additional tickets instruction:

• Log in to MarchingOrder ticketing portal as a Returning User. If you receive an error message, that means you have entered the incorrect login email and/or password. 

• Once logged in, click the Manage Tickets button (the button will not be available until May 1 at 12 p.m.). 

• Scroll down to the Your Guest Tickets section. This section will display the number of tickets you have already previously reserved.

• Click on the drop-down menu, and if extra tickets are available, there will be additional selections. Click on the desired number of total tickets. For example, if you previously claimed 7 tickets and there is an option for 2 additional, select 9 total tickets to reserve your additional tickets. If you do not see additional options outside of what you already have, that means all additional tickets have been reserved.

• Once your tickets have been selected, click on Submit. 

• To determine if you have received the additional tickets, click on the Home button and click on Print/Email Tickets.

There will be a high volume of users on the website, and you may experience some website lag time, which is unavoidable. Your Wi-Fi connectivity may also affect your access. 

There is only a limited number of unclaimed tickets, and not all graduating students will be able to reserve them. Additional tickets will be reserved quickly.

Commencement guest tickets are free and cannot be bought or sold. Under no circumstance should an exchange of money occur for tickets. Tickets that are bought or sold will be invalidated by the University.

By attending the ceremonies, you agree and grant irrevocable permission to have your likeness, image, voice, and appearance photographed and recorded for any University business-related purpose and that the CSU owns the images and all rights related to them. The images may be used in any manner or media without notifying you, such as university-sponsored websites, publications, promotions, broadcasts, advertisements, posters and theater slides, as well as for non-university uses. You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished images or any printed or electronic matter that may be used with them.
