Dear Residents,

I am truly grateful to everyone who participated in the November 5th election and supported our Village referendum. Your engagement in this process reflects our community’s commitment to preserving the qualities that make Maple Bluff unique. With the referendum’s approval, we have taken an important step forward in securing the financial stability needed to maintain our services, invest in our staff, and respond to the growing demands of our Village.

With these funds, we can make essential adjustments to keep pace with rising costs and offer competitive wages. This support allows us to retain and attract skilled staff who are dedicated to providing the high-quality, responsive services that residents rely on. From public safety and public works to administrative and community services, every department will benefit from your commitment to ensuring Maple Bluff remains a place we are all proud to call home.

Additionally, the approved budget adjustment will enable us to plan more effectively for the future. By addressing these needs now, we can continue offering the personalized, community-centered services that are central to our Village’s character. Your vote has ensured that Maple Bluff can maintain its independence and flexibility, allowing us to serve you in ways that larger municipalities often cannot.

Thank you once again for your support and for your role in shaping the future of our community. Please know that my door is always open if you have questions or feedback on our progress in the months and years ahead.

Warm regards,

Kevin O'Driscoll

Village President
